Official Press Release Announcing the Power Baseball Foundation

With the evolution of amateur baseball, there are more opportunities now than ever for players. A huge positive to this industry evolution is the platform it creates to invest into young lives and careers when they need it most. 

“The core of why, for anyone who works in amateur sports, is to positively impact young lives. We have had this urge to expand the avenues to benefit athletes and their families in more ways than ever before. The Power Baseball Foundation is that bridge to provide more abundantly to the game of baseball and the people in it.”states Eric Lassiter, Co-Founder of Power Baseball.

David Bultema has been chosen to lead the charge as the PBF’s Executive Director.

“The creative energy our board members are displaying combined with the established network of the Power Baseball brand, forecasts a great start to the plans we have to assist and support those within the game for years to come.”

Lassiter went on to explain why David was the obvious selection to lead the PBF.

“For the decade that I’ve known Dave, he’s been a high energy, passionate educator with a track record of resiliency. With his vast experience on both the baseball field, as a former high school head coach, and the work he’s done in the non-profit sector with the AaronStrong Foundation, it was clear that there was no better fit to lead this philanthropic endeavor than David Bultema.”
